Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are always free. We come out, walk the project with you, and send a clear written quote within 48 hours. No pressure, no obligation.

How long before I can walk or drive on new concrete?

Accepted Answer

You can walk on new concrete after 24 to 48 hours. Driving on it requires a full 7-day cure. In Central Valley summers, high heat can accelerate surface curing but the structural strength still takes the full cure time — we never cut that short.

Will my concrete crack?

Accepted Answer

All concrete develops some cracking over time — that is normal and expected. What prevents structural cracking is proper subgrade preparation, correct mix design, adequate thickness, and well-placed control joints. Every pour we do includes all of these. We engineer for Central Valley soil and heat conditions specifically.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold California Contractor License #1030935, issued by the Contractors State License Board. We are fully insured. You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov.

Do you use subcontractors?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every project is completed by our own in-house crew — the same familiar faces from start to finish. We do not hire temp workers or hand jobs off to third parties.

Question 6

Do I need a permit for a concrete driveway or patio in the Central Valley?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the city and scope of work. In most Central Valley cities, replacing an existing driveway in kind does not require a permit. New driveways with curb cuts, large patios, or work in the public right-of-way typically do. We handle permit research for every job and will tell you upfront what is required.
