A fair quote should include slab thickness, rebar or fiber reinforcement, base prep, and finish type. If a quote doesn't spell those out, ask. We're happy to walk you through every line item.

Walk on it after 24–48 hours. Drive a car on it after 7 days. Wait 28 days for heavy vehicles like RVs or trucks.

Minimum 4 inches for passenger vehicles. We recommend 5–6 inches for longevity and to handle occasional heavier loads like delivery trucks.

With proper sealing and maintenance, stamped concrete lasts 25 years or more. We recommend resealing every 2–3 years to keep it looking sharp and protected from the Central Valley sun.

Avoid de-icing salts the first year — use sand instead. Keep heavy vehicles off for 28 days. Sealing after the concrete fully cures extends its life and protects the finish.

Yes. Sealing protects against staining, water intrusion, and UV fading — especially important in the Central Valley heat. We can apply sealer as part of the project or advise you on timing.
